Robert Howard is an experienced retail & technology leader, advisor, and entrepreneur with expertise in customer experience management, digital strategy, new business startup, venture investing, merger & acquisition, and comprehensive growth strategies. Over his 30- year career, he has served Fortune-500™ companies across retail, consumer goods, and telecommunications industries around the globe. He is a recognized leader in Digital, Technology, and Direct to Consumer strategies, has been a frequent keynote speaker, and has authored and published numerous articles and books including “AI – A Retail growth opportunity hiding in plain sight” and The Customer Experience Fiasco. Most recently, Robert served as the practice leader for the retail digital strategy and innovation practice within Accenture Strategy. He has also been the lead Partner for Kurt Salmon Digital, served on the executive leadership team at Service Management Group, founded startup ClearBrick LLC, and was a Partner with Deloitte Consulting.
