Heily Speetjens

Heily Speetjens is an experienced Scrum Master at Lely, overseeing two teams and focusing on predictability, transparency, accountability, and lean processes to enhance customer value. In addition, Heily serves as a Learning and Development Expert, contributing to the Lely Academy's mission of fostering a powerful learning culture. Previous roles include Recruitment Consultant for HR at Robert Walters, Chief Sales at Instruqt, Product Owner and Sales Executive at Xebia, and Inside Sales Representative at NEXOR. Heily holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Animal/Livestock Husbandry and Production from Hogeschool INHOLLAND and has conducted research on LED lighting for dairy cattle and the electronic Identification and Registration System for sheep and goats.
