Rj Zablotny

RJ Zablotny currently serves as the School Principal at Leman Academy of Excellence Inc as of July 2023. Previously, RJ held various roles at Great Hearts Academies, including Mathematics Teacher and Director of Math Intervention from October 2021 to August 2023, where RJ's data-driven approach facilitated 80% of 8th-grade Algebra 1 students meeting or exceeding Arizona state standards. RJ also worked as Assistant Headmaster from July 2015 to July 2021, managing school meals and providing feedback to teachers. Earlier experience includes teaching 8th-grade mathematics at Paradise Valley Unified School District and 7th-grade mathematics at JO Combs Unified School District. RJ holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of Phoenix, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Wayne State University.
