Nur Indah Lestari

Nur Indah Lestari has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Nur Indah started their career as an Associate at Wasenda & Partners, where they assisted the Managing Partner in operational tasks and provided advice on consulting projects. In 2012, they transitioned to Sampoerna Strategic as a Talent Acquisition Manager, collaborating with internal teams and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and identify suitable talent. Nur Indah then joined Indosat Ooredoo as a Sourcing and Employer Branding Manager, where they managed the execution of the company's employer brand marketing and talent attraction approach. At Home Credit Indonesia, Nur Indah served as AVP Talent Acquisition, taking charge of comprehensive strategic talent acquisition and leading four dynamic departments. Nur Indah later joined OYO Indonesia as the Head of Talent Management and subsequently as the Head of Talent Acquisition, contributing to the growth of OYO Hotels & Homes. Prior to their current role, Nur Indah worked at FUSE GROUP as an Associate Director of Human Resources & General Affair, focusing on the development of an innovative insurance app. Currently, they hold the position of Department Head of Human Resources Business at Indonesia Eximbank, where they aim to accelerate national export growth and support the transformation of their teammates' career experiences.

Nur Indah Lestari obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Universitas Prof. Dr. Moestopo in 2007. Nur Indah then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Universitas Hasanuddin (Unhas) from 1999 to 2003. In 2011, they studied Intercultural Management at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. Apart from their formal education, Nur Indah Lestari has obtained additional certifications such as STA from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2018, Digital Marketing Strategist from Veltica Digital Academy in 2017, World Class Employer Branding Certification from Universum in 2015, and Targeted Selection Administrator from DDI | Development Dimensions International in 2015.
