Lola (Doyinsola) Obileye (LL.B, MCIPD, MCMI)

Lola (Doyinsola) Obileye (LL.B, MCIPD, MCMI) has a wealth of experience in Human Resources (HR) roles. Lola (Doyinsola) began their career as a Paralegal at IEI Solicitors in 2012. From 2015-2017, they worked as a Human Resources Advisor at North East London NHS Foundation Trust and the University of the Arts London. In 2019, they joined Yarrow as an HR Business Partner. In 2020, they moved to Hitachi as an HR Business Partner and in 2021, they were an HR Business Partner at LCW UCC. Currently, they are an HR Business Partner/Operations Lead at Lemonade Finance, where they are responsible for community growth and leadership, overseeing all HR matters, providing guidance on policies, and working with line managers to identify and implement motivation and retention goals.

Lola (Doyinsola) Obileye has a diverse educational background. In 2012, they completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of Buckingham. In 2015-2016, they completed a Level 5 Associate at Avado in Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD). Lola (Doyinsola) then completed a Level 4 in Managing Equality and Diversity in an Organisation at ILM in 2016. Most recently, they completed a Master of Science in Level 7 CIPD - International Human Resource Management at Coventry University in 2020-2021.
