Mayowa Olaniyan, PMP has been working in the finance and business process industry since 2012. Mayowa started their career as an Intern at Portland Paints and Products Nigeria PLC in 2012. Mayowa then moved on to become an Industrial Trainee at BOC Gases Nig. Plc in the same year. In 2015, they worked as a Graduate Intern at HEXAGON ENGINEERING LTD. In 2017, Mayowa worked as a Project Finance & Procurement Analyst and Vendor Management Analyst at MainOne. From 2018 to 2021, they held the roles of Senior Associate and Associate at Deloitte Nigeria. Most recently, they have been working as a Strategic Finance Analyst at Lemonade Finance since 2022.

Mayowa Olaniyan, PMP has an educational background in Chemical Engineering, having obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Obafemi Awolowo University. Additionally, they hold a West African Secondary School Certificate from Federal Government College, Ikirun. Olaniyan has also obtained several certifications, including a Forward Program from McKinsey Academy (2022), Critical Thinking from LinkedIn (2021), Financial Analysis and Financial Modelling using MS Excel from Udemy (2021), Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience from LinkedIn (2021), Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute (2021), and General HSE Awareness from British Safety Council (2017).
