Alona Lerner has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Alona started their career as a Boutique Supervisor at Le Méridien Hotels and Resorts, where they managed three boutiques, trained the sales team, and handled stocking and merchandising.
Alona then worked as a Receptionist at Intercontinental Hotel Group, where they handled check-in/check-out procedures, made guest reservations, and provided customer service.
Alona later took on the role of Executive Assistant to VIP Guests at Burj Al Arab Hotel, Jumeirah Group, where they provided support to high-profile individuals.
After gaining experience in the hospitality industry, they transitioned to the role of Purchasing/Logistics Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Premium Line. In this role, they managed purchasing and logistics operations and provided executive support.
Alona then joined The Hive Showroom as an intern and quickly proved herself, leading to their hiring as a Logistics Manager and Account Receivable. Alona'sresponsibilities included handling inbound and outbound shipping, coordinating with overseas factories and vendors, managing order fulfillment, resolving issues with purchases and shipments, and collecting payments from clients.
Currently, Alona works as the Logistics and Wholesale Operations Director at lemlem, where they oversee the logistics and wholesale operations of the company.
Throughout their career, Alona has demonstrated strong financial, operational, and team leadership skills.
Alona Lerner pursued their education starting in 2001, when they enrolled at the Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies. Alona completed their Bachelor's degree in Chinese Studies in 2006. Later on, in 2014 and 2015, they attended the Fashion Institute of Technology, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree with a focus on Fashion Merchandising.
