Petri Basson

Petri Basson is a seasoned professional in the field of digital assets and blockchain technology, currently serving as the Founder of Hash Directors and Co-Founder of both Lemma and Provenance. With extensive experience as the Chair of the CCSS Committee at the CryptoCurrency Certification Consortium, Basson is dedicated to standardizing security measures for cryptocurrency systems. Previous roles include Chairman of the Blockchain Association of the Cayman Islands and Director of Digital Assets at KPMG, where responsibilities included leading the blockchain practice and developing audit approaches for digital assets. Basson holds a BCom in Accounting Sciences Honours and a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Systems Auditing, demonstrating a solid educational foundation in accounting and technology.
