Juli D'Aloia

Juli D'Aloia has over 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Most recently, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Lemnature AquaFarms, a plant-based ingredient supplier. Prior to that, Juli was the President of DWDW & Associates, where they provided strategic HR guidance to senior leaders and specialized in business transformations. Juli also held leadership positions at Kerry, where they served as Vice President of Human Resources and led the HR efforts for the North America business segment, and at Crystals International Inc., where they were an HR Manager for a privately held food manufacturer. Throughout their career, Juli has demonstrated expertise in areas such as talent development, acquisition integration, change management, and employee relations.

Juli D'Aloia completed their undergraduate education from 1987 to 1992 at Oakland University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
