Mike Williams

Mike Williams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mike is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at LEMOINE, where they lead the HR function and manages people integration efforts. Prior to this, Mike held the position of Senior HR Director at APTIM, where they led a team responsible for talent acquisition, labor and employee relations, and business partnering. Mike also served as a Board member at Baton Rouge Soccer Club, contributing to the organization's growth and managing regional championships. Mike's previous experience includes roles such as HR Director at CB&I and Human Resources Manager at Honeywell, where they led HR initiatives and obtained grants for workforce training. Mike also held positions at University of Phoenix, DSM, Louisiana State University, Community Coffee, and United Companies Financial Corp., accumulating expertise in facilitation, benefits management, and compensation.

Mike Williams has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Louisiana State University. Mike also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from the same university. In addition to their formal education, Mike has obtained several certifications, including the Senior Professional of Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Mike has also completed various certifications in online teaching and course design from QM Quality Matters, such as Learner Assessment, QM Teaching Online Certificate, Orienting Learners, Evaluation of Course Design, Gauging Your Technology Skills, Policy Awareness, Technology Skills Self-Assessment, and Creating Presence.
