Facundo Pastorella

Facundo Pastorella has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Facundo started their career in 2008 as a Procurador at Estudio Morel & Lopez Gaudiero, where they worked until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they served as a Litigation Paralegal at Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal, providing assistance to lawyers and handling the procedural stage of judicial cases. Facundo then joined Aegis Argentina as a Lawyer, focusing on labor and commercial matters and handling various responsibilities such as employee attendance control, disciplinary actions, labor relations advice, negotiation with union delegates, and evaluation of labor contingencies. In 2019, Facundo joined the Ministerio Publico Fiscal de la C.A.B.A as a Lawyer, where they were responsible for investigating criminal and minor offense cases and assisting the Senior Prosecutor in the preparation of hearings. Facundo worked there until 2020 and then joined ICBC Argentina as a Lawyer. At ICBC, they specialized in litigation and legal advisory, working on various cases until 2022. Currently, Facundo holds the position of Legal Manager at Lemon Cash, starting in March 2022.
