Kevin Ball

Kevin Ball has extensive experience in the banking industry, with a focus on operations and strategic advisory roles. Kevin began their career at HSBC in 1986 as a Management Trainee and worked their way up to Senior Manager, specializing in trade services. In 2000, they joined HSBC Hong Kong as a Director of Trade Services before transitioning to HSBC Mexico as the Executive Director of Commercial Banking. Kevin then moved to HSBC Chile as the DCEO and COO before rejoining HSBC Latin America as the COO in 2010. During their time at HSBC, they held various COO positions, including COO of Global Commercial Banking and COO of HSBC Latin America. In 2021, they became a Strategic Advisor before joining Technisys as the Chief Operating Officer in 2022. Kevin then transitioned to Lemon as a Coach and Advisor to the COO before becoming a Partner at White Lions in the same year.

Kevin Ball completed their MBA in the MBA of the Americas program at Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business from 2007 to 2009. During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at Universidad de Chile. The field of study for their degree at Universidad de Chile is not specified.
