Allison Kara has extensive work experience in sales, marketing, and event coordination. Allison is currently working as an Area Sales Manager at The Lemon Perfect Company, where they are a top performer and excels in meeting sales targets. Allison has also worked as a Brand Ambassador/Influencer at Pineapple Clothing Co, where they promoted and modeled athletic clothing on social media. Allison has experience as a Yoga Teacher at Life Time Inc., and as a Freelance Makeup Artist/Social Media Content Creator at CreativeKaracters Makeup Design. Allison has held multiple roles at Hint Inc., including Senior Area Sales Manager, where they oversaw sales for Nassau County and managed key accounts. Allison Kara's education history begins with their attendance at Long Island High School of The Arts in 2007, where they pursued a degree in Drama. Allison then went on to attend Nassau Community College from 2007 to 2009, earning a degree in Liberal Arts with a field of study in Theater.

After completing their studies at Nassau Community College, Allison enrolled at Hofstra University in 2009 and graduated in 2011. Allison obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, with a general focus.

In addition to their formal education, Allison also obtained a Yoga Instructor Certification - Level I from Yoga Alliance in August 2019.
