Rasa Dzedulione is an experienced HR business partner with over ten years in fostering high engagement organizational cultures and motivating teams. They began their career as an HR specialist at AG Group, followed by roles at SVYDIS GROUP as Head of Human Resources and as a Project Manager at Personalo atrankų ir HR sprendimų įmonė. Currently, Rasa leads leadership development and people growth initiatives at Elca Holding Group and oversees human resources at LEMONA electronics. Rasa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Kaunas University of Technology.
