Allard Kampschöer

Allard Kampschöer is an experienced finance and actuarial professional with a current role as Finance and Actuarial Lead EU at Lemonade since October 2020. Previously, Kampschöer served as an actuary in the Chief Actuary Office at NN Group and in the Risk department at NN Czechia. Prior experience includes roles as an actuary and Financial Risk Manager at Delta Lloyd. Kampschöer completed advanced studies in Actuarial Science, earning a Master of Science and Postmaster degree from the University of Amsterdam, and holds a Master and Bachelor of Science in Econometrics from the University of Groningen. Additional leadership roles in student organizations demonstrate Kampschöer's commitment to community engagement and organizational development.
