Dana Avital

Dana Avital (Van-Raalte) is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of People at Lemonade, Dana previously held significant positions at Meta as an HR Business Partner Manager and Amazon Lab126 as a Senior HR Business Partner. Dana also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Precognize Innovations, a software startup, and as a Human Resource Business Partner at Taro Pharmaceutical Industries, a global company. Dana holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations and a BSc in Information Systems, both from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
