Mykkal Gayle

Mykkal Gayle is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in product management. Currently serving as a Senior Insurance Product Manager at Lemonade since July 2022, Mykkal previously held positions as an Insurance Product Manager at Metromile and Assistant Director of Product Development at The Hartford. Earlier roles included Product Manager and Assistant Product Manager at Kemper and GEICO, where responsibilities encompassed profit and loss management, pricing and product design strategies, and preparing statistical analyses and reports for upper management. Mykkal began the career at MTS Technologies as a summer intern, gaining foundational experience in payroll, accounts payable, and project support. Mykkal holds an MBA in Business Administration from The George Washington University and a BSBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
