Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and proactive Marketing Manager/Associate to take ownership of our B2B marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness, existing client engagement and new client acquisition in a fast-moving and dynamic environment. You will thrive in this role if you are creative, analytical, and passionate about shaping marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
As a key member of a growing start-up, you will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, particularly Sales and Product, to align marketing efforts with our overall business goals. You’ll have the autonomy to implement your ideas while being supported by a team that values innovation and collaboration.
The Opportunity
The Marketing Manager/Associate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to support LemonEdge’s growth and market presence. This role involves both digital and traditional marketing approaches, offering the chance to make a significant impact on the company's success in the private markets space.
You will:
- Oversee marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Analyse campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Manage social media, content creation, and CRM tools to build our brand and engage customers.
- Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to implement innovative marketing strategies tailored to the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote LemonEdge’s brand, products, and services.
- Design and implement a strategic marketing plan to align with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign execution.
- Oversee and manage all digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and provide actionable insights.
- Produce high-quality written and multimedia content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
- Support the company’s CRM system to track customer engagement and improve lead generation.
- Represent LemonEdge at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to build brand awareness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing tools to ensure LemonEdge remains innovative in its approach.
About You
To excel in this role, you will need:
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a start-up or FinTech environment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including CRM systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
Skills and Attributes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to identify, prioritise, create and manage the appropriate materials to support all stages in the sales process.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Apollo.io, Pipedrive, Hunter, Webflow.
- Experience with PPC, SEO, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative approach to work, with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams.
Desirable
- Familiarity with private equity markets and financial services marketing.
- Experience working in a high-growth start-up or scaling environment.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing.
