Lisa Williams

Lisa Williams is an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in IT service management. Currently at Lemongrass since August 2021, Lisa leads service delivery functions, focusing on customer satisfaction, transformation objectives, and continuous improvement. Previously, Lisa held various roles at Capita from April 2019 to July 2021, overseeing IT service delivery across international accounts, managing procurement and IT project transitions, and driving business development initiatives. Additionally, Lisa spent several years at IBM in multiple capacities, including Global IT Service Delivery Lead and Global Service Delivery Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing service management processes, customer relationships, and ensuring adherence to ITIL standards. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Eduvos, completing the degree in 2023.
