The executive team at Lemonilo has a wealth of experience in various industries. The team's co-founder was previously at Konsula, and their project manager has worked at PT United Family Property. The team also includes a summer fellow from the World Bank Group and a visiting researcher from Harvard Law School. In addition, the team has a REDD+ consultant from Unit Kerja Presiden bidang Pengawasan dan Pengendalian Pembangunan (UKP-PPP) and an associate from Lubis, Santosa & Maramis.
