Eric Holmes

Eric Holmes has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Eric is currently the Director of People Operations at Lemonlight, where they provide high-level guidance on all people-related matters. Prior to this, they held the same position at EasyHealth, where they managed the HR team and all of its functions. Eric also worked at Coverance Insurance Solutions as the Director of People Operations, leading large teams in HR and Talent. Eric started their career at Kaleo Software as a Human Resources Business Partner and later joined The Creative Group as a Senior Recruiter, consulting Fortune 500 companies and small businesses on their HR and staffing needs. Eric also has experience as the Director of Product at Bonneville International and as a Product Manager at Jacobs Media, where they worked with clients as a strategic consultant and talent coach. Throughout their career, Eric has been involved in various aspects of HR, talent management, organizational development, and strategic planning.

Eric Holmes has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interactive Communications from The Ohio State University.
