Matt El mouktafi has a diverse and extensive work experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Matt founded Achiev in 2015 and has been leading the company since then. In 2016, they had an internship at Bitmakers Lab where they worked on various projects including landing page creation and R&D work on ECG encryption. Matt then joined Xelya as a software engineer from 2016 to 2017, where they developed new features for the company's CRM using Angular.js and C#/.NET. In 2017, they worked as a freelance part-time developer for HOB France, where they created a license manager for their products and the first version of an application. Matt also worked as a part-time freelance developer for Voxcracy from 2017 to 2018, collaborating with the CTO in developing the company's products using Node.js and Vue. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the CTO of Yakila and led the development of the company's projects. Matt also worked as the lead developer at Miello from 2019 to 2022. In 2020, they joined lempire as a software engineer and later became the CTO in 2022. Currently, they are a member of The Unicorn CTO since 2022.
