Robert J Rogala

Robert J Rogala has extensive experience in executive leadership and human resources across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the VP Executive Committee Board of Directors and an active Board Member at Lenape Valley Foundation since June 2011, Robert is involved in several subcommittees including Finance, Human Resource, and Community Relations. Previously, Robert held significant positions at Alfa Laval from 1995 to 2011, including Director and Senior HR Manager/Business Partner, where key achievements involved developing sales training programs, negotiating international expatriate agreements, and leading labor negotiations. Earlier, as Vice President of Finance & Administration at Alfa Laval Separation Inc., Robert played a pivotal role in financial strategy and company mergers. Robert holds multiple HR and business-related diplomas and training from institutions such as Ashridge Business School and Pennsylvania State University.
