Cynthia Awagu

Cynthia Awagu has extensive work experience in various industries. Cynthia is currently working as a Product Operations Manager at Lenco, a banking and expense management company focused on African businesses. In this role, they oversee product operations and ensures performance and sales improvement.

Prior to their current position, Cynthia worked as an Operations Supervisor at OGA web surf limited (OGA Hotels/Halls) from July 2019 to January 2022. In this role, they managed and supervised operations, resolved conflicts, and handled client requests.

Cynthia also has experience as a Sales Customer Support at Ogaweb surf limited (OGAVENUE) from November 2016 to July 2019. In this role, Cynthia trained and supervised staff, improved sales and performance, and addressed client requests through various communication channels.

Additionally, Cynthia gained early work experience as a Real Estate Agent at Gilbert Nwanna & Partners in Nigeria in 2012. During this time, they assisted the Property Manager in property management tasks, maintained property records, and conducted property valuation reports.
