Martin Kohlbeck

Martin Kohlbeck is the current Managing Director at Lendico. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer from January 2018 to March 2020. In this role, they were responsible for empowering Operations and scaling the business. Before that, they were the Head of Risk and Key Account Management from June 2016 to December 2017, during which they developed the risk process and policies for SME businesses in all European markets. Martin also oversaw the departments of Account Management, Underwriting and Risk for Germany, Netherlands and Switzerland. In addition, they were responsible for risk-model development and process design in close cooperation with product owners and IT-development teams. Furthermore, they managed regulatory relations with partner banks in various markets. Prior to that, they served as Business Development / Senior Credit Analyst from September 2015 to June 2016. Before that, they worked as a Corporate Treasury Sales at UniCredit from September 2012 to July 2013. Martin also worked as a Credit Analyst at UniCredit from March 2011 to August 2012. Furthermore, they served as Corporate Financial Analyst at APEQ GmbH from September 2013 to August 2015.

Martin Kohlbeck's educational career began with a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Management & Economics from Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen. Martin followed this with a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship (Finance) from Universität Liechtenstein. Martin has no further degrees listed.
