Aubree Aldous

Aubree Aldous, PHR, currently serves as the People Success Director at LendingClub, where responsibilities include supporting operations and various supportive functions. With extensive experience in human resources, Aubree has held multiple roles at LendingClub, creating and implementing compliance-driven policies in labor and employee relations. As the owner of VIBE Fitness and a former Lead Instructor at Rush Cycle Franchise, Aubree has demonstrated entrepreneurial and instructional capabilities. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager and Associate Manager at Four Foods Group, where responsibilities included overseeing compliance for mergers and managing HR functions for a significant workforce. Aubree began as an HR Intern at BYU Office of Information Technology and holds a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology from Brigham Young University.
