Clarke Roberts

Clarke Roberts is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in the lending and trading sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Marketplace at LendingClub since March 2017, Clarke oversees one of America's largest online lending platforms, which generated $682 million in revenue in 2022. Prior to this role, Clarke founded EAX Trading, a targeted bid-wanted system for municipal bonds, and co-founded Pico Quantitative Trading. Earlier positions include Director of Portfolio & Automated Trading at Merrill Lynch, VP of Analytical Products and Research at ITG, and roles in economic research at Nasdaq and as a financial analyst at Charles Schwab. Clarke holds a degree from the University of Virginia.
