Luma Hawamdah

Dr. Luma Hawamdah, D.Eng, CSM, APMF, MSIT, currently serves as Senior Manager of Risk Infrastructure at LendingClub, leading a multidisciplinary team and overseeing the Decision Engine while driving strategic initiatives. Previous roles include Director of Decision Management at Amount and Linear Financial Technologies, where Dr. Hawamdah managed data and decision engines and developed strategies for process optimization. Prior to that, Dr. Hawamdah was a Senior Manager at Fundation and held a position as a Business Systems Support Specialist at Education For Employment - Global, focusing on enterprise IT infrastructure and Agile project management. Dr. Hawamdah holds a Doctor of Engineering in Cybersecurity Analytics from The George Washington University and a Master's in Information Technology with a focus on Health Informatics from Southern New Hampshire University, along with a Bachelor's in Computer Science from the University of Jordan.
