Steven Hom

Steven Hom has extensive experience in equity operations and stock administration, currently serving as the Manager of Stock Administration at Uber since May 2019. Prior to this role, Steven held multiple positions at LendingClub from July 2014 to the present, including Sr. Manager of Equity Operations and Equity Operations Manager. Steven began their career at Stock Option Solutions, where from June 1999 to July 2014, responsibilities included serving as an Equity Compensation Consultant and Outsourcing Manager, providing technical support to clients and ensuring compliance with internal financial controls. Steven holds an A.A.S. in Social & Behavioral Science from De Anza College and has completed Level 2 of the CEP designation.
