Adam Robery

Adam Robery is the current Head of Pricing & Performance at Lending Works. Adam has been in this role for 1 year. Prior to Lending Works, Adam worked as the Head of Loans and Money Management App, Senior Product Manager at Vive Bank for 2 years and 5 months. There, they were responsible for leading the strategy, development, and delivery of product, pricing, and application journeys. Before Vive Bank, Adam worked at TSB Bank for 6 years and 4 months where they were the Personal Current Account Product and Strategy Manager, Loans Pricing Manager, and Finance Business Partner. In these roles, they were responsible for 14 PCA products, encompassing over 3m customers. Adam led the PCA strategy through extensive commercial experience, influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross function engagement. Additionally, they were responsible for TSB Loans pricing, including strategy, sales reporting, and competitor insights. Adam has extensive risk-based pricing knowledge in both existing customer and open market.

Adam Robert has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Swansea University and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business/Management from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
