John "JD" Wilson CW5(Ret.) is an accomplished professional in Environmental, Health, and Safety management with extensive experience in both the private and military sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental, Health and Safety Manager at Lendlease since January 2016, JD has successfully transformed an ineffective safety program, achieving zero lost time injuries over the course of seven years and 850,000 work hours. JD's previous roles in the US Army spanned various leadership positions, including Safety and Operations Manager and Flight Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing complex safety operations for sizable military organizations and aviation operations for high-ranking officials. JD holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Excelsior University and an Associate of Applied Science in Applied Management from Central Texas College.
