Katherine Williams

Katherine Williams has extensive experience in legal roles, currently serving as Deputy Head of Legal in Engineering at Lendlease since September 2013, where Katherine has also acted as Head of Legal and Company Secretary. Prior to Lendlease, Katherine held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Abigroup Contractors from October 2008 to September 2013 and served as Senior Associate at Ashurst from September 2003 to October 2008. Additionally, Katherine was a Senior Legal Counsel (secondee) at Qantas for a brief period in 2007 and worked as a Lawyer at Moray & Agnew from September 2002 to September 2003. Katherine holds a Graduate Diploma in International Arbitration from UNSW and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide, as well as a Bachelor of Behavioral Science from Flinders University.
