Leonard Chen

Leonard Chen is an experienced professional in the field of reward and compensation, currently serving as the Head of Reward & Wellbeing for Asia at Lendlease. Previously, Leonard held the position of Compensation Business Partner for APAC at Facebook and served as Global Reward Director and Global Reward Manager at Unilever. Leonard's early career included roles at Willis Towers Watson as Senior Consultant in Executive Compensation for Southeast Asia and as Consultant in Data Services. Leonard holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, completed between 2004 and 2007.
