Phillip Carpenter

Phillip Carpenter is the current Chief Operating Officer at LendLease. Prior to their current position, they served as the President & Chief Operating Officer at J&J Worldwide Services from January 2000 to February 2005. Phillip was responsible for successfully leading corporate strategy and implementation, as well as supervising corporate operations of fifty corporate employees. This included direct reports of the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Operations, Vice Presidents of Business Development, International Operations, Facilities Management and Construction Operations. Phillip also directed overall operations of a $200,000,000 corporation with over 2000 employees at over 30 US sites with several OCONUS operations. Their background in human resources and experience in overseeing financial, bond surety and insurance management made him a valuable asset to the company. During their 18 years with J&J, they held numerous positions before being promoted to President/COO.

Phillip Carpenter's educational career consists of completing a Senior Leadership Development Program at INSEAD, a Business Leadership Development Program at Columbia Business School, and a Business Administration program at Austin Peay State University.
