Richard Ellidge BSc Hons MRICS is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cost planning and estimation. Currently serving as a Senior Cost Planner at Lendlease since August 2008, Richard has developed expertise in estimating, measurement, cost planning, subcontract analysis, and tender analysis. Prior to this role, Richard worked as a Senior Claims Handler at Endsleigh Insurance, focusing on claim disputes and personal injury assessments while interacting with customers and legal representatives. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from the University of Central Lancashire, completed in 2013, and received GCSE and A Level qualifications from Bacup and Rawtenstall Grammar School.
