Sandra Lovaas

Sandra Lovaas serves as the Chief People Officer, COO, and Construction at Lendlease Group since March 2015, having also held the role of Executive General Manager for People & Culture and Head of Workplace Relations in Building. Prior experience includes General Manager of Human Resources for Boral Construction Materials, where responsibilities encompassed strategic IR and HR initiatives, and Senior Manager of Employee Relations at Power and Water Corporation, focusing on workplace relations efficiency. Additional roles include Appeals Delegate at Queensland Public Service Commission and Senior Principal Consultant in Human Resource Consulting, leading teams for numerous governmental agencies. Lovaas holds a Bachelor of Laws, Graduate Certificate of Laws, Bachelor of Business, and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws at QUT, alongside a GAICD certification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
