Jena Charles

Jena Charles has extensive experience in customer service and management roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at LendNation since January 2021, Jena previously held the positions of Store Manager and Store and Sales Manager at Facets Golden Girls from April 2019 to January 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Manager at CW’S Saloon from August 2013 to April 2019 and a Hospitality Specialist position at Phoenix Home Care and Hospice from October 2015 to October 2016. Jena also worked as an Executive Assistant at Katalyst Group Inc. for a brief period in 2015. Jena holds an Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Eastern Florida State College and graduated from Blue Springs South High School.
