Sunil Singh

Sunil Singh is the current COO at LendUp and was previously the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) from January 2018 to December 2021. Prior to that, they were with Marqeta, Inc as Vice President of Operations/Executive Team Member (COO-Level Responsibility) from January 2016 to December 2018.

Sunil has been responsible for directing all facets of product development, revenue generation, operations, and strategic planning & execution for organizations recognized in the top 10 most innovative finance companies. Sunil has also assumed the position of COO to reconstruct the sub-prime personal lending business, partnering with the CEO to recruit and build new leadership and product and marketing teams. Later transitioning to CRO role to help build and scale new line of business.

Under their leadership, Sunil has incubated Ahead Financials, LLC and launched Ahead—a financial health and digital banking platform focused on the underserved, under-represented market. Additionally, they have helped realize the company's first profitable year in company history with $XXM+ in annual revenue through product improvements, channel partnerships, and maximizing credit quality and operations.

Sunil Singh has a MBA (Summa Cum Laude) in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering from Jadavpur University.

Sunil Singh works with Jotaka Eaddy - Head of Government Affairs and Social Impact, Gizelle Barany - Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, and Pia Thompson - General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer. Their manager is Anu Shultes, CEO.
