Amar Reddy Anapalli is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience in software engineering and digital transformation. Currently serving as Sr Director of Platform Engineering at Lennar since October 2022, Amar Reddy Anapalli focuses on unifying development, operations, quality, design, and automation to enhance the software development lifecycle. Previously, as Director of Software Engineering at Lennar, leadership was provided to engineering teams delivering Cloud Native Solutions and Oracle Hyperion applications. Prior to Lennar, extensive experience was gained at American Airlines, where technology leadership roles included managing cloud and product transformation initiatives, technical delivery management, and application architecture. Earlier career steps included positions at Wipro Technologies, Reliance Communications, and Renovision Pvt Ltd, contributing to the implementation of network management systems and middleware platforms. Amar Reddy Anapalli holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
