Debra Spaulding

Debra Spaulding is an accomplished professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales at Lennar since December 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Realtor and Area Sales Manager at D.R. Horton from September 2018 to January 2023, and a Licensed Realtor at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. in 2018. Debra also held the position of Community Sales Manager at Crescent Homes and served as a Licensed Realtor at eXp Realty. Before transitioning to real estate, Debra worked at Williamson Medical Center from May 1996 to October 2017 as a HIM Supervisor and held a supervisory role at McLaren Regional Medical Center from January 1990 to May 1996. Debra earned an Associate of Science degree in RHIT from Volunteer State Community College between 2003 and 2006.
