Joy Condon is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of the National Finance Group at Lennar Corporation since December 2000, Joy has a robust background in commercial real estate, having held the position of Vice President at Sanwa Bank from June 1998 to November 2000 and Account Officer at Bank of America from April 1992 to June 1998. Joy holds an MBA in Business Administration from Chapman University (1997-2000) and a BS in Business Administration from Elon University - Martha and Spencer Love School of Business (1987-1991).
