Jen Egbert

Jen Egbert, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Reliance, Inc. since July 2025. Prior to this role, Jen held multiple positions at Precision Strip, Inc., including Senior Director, Director of HR & Organizational Development, Manager of Organizational Development, and Project Leader from March 2001 to October 2025. Early career experience includes roles as a Software Developer and Technical Consultant, specializing in ERP implementations and software development. Jen holds an MBA in Management, Innovation, and Change from Wright State University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the same institution. Early education was completed at Wapakoneta Senior High School.
