Kyle Nidetz

Kyle Nidetz is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Lennar since April 2018, Kyle manages land vendor contracts, oversees budget reviews for the Land Development department, and maintains division Bonds and Letters of Credits. Previously, as a Senior Staff Accountant at Hair Club for Men and Women, Kyle led daily operations, oversaw month-end closings, and managed a team of accountants. Additional experience includes roles at ION Media Networks, Johnson, Morgan & White, Avadanian & Adler, LLC, and Rubin & Debski P.A., with responsibilities spanning accounts receivable, client relations, and financial analysis. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Accounting and Business Management from the University of North Florida.
