Mark Sustana

Mark Sustana is Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary for Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN). In this role, he is responsible for all legal matters and risk management for the Company. Sustana joined Lennar as General Counsel and Secretary in 2005 and was named Vice President in 2018. Prior to joining Lennar, Mark held in-house attorney positions at three corporations and practiced corporate and commercial law at a law firm.

Mark holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Management from North Carolina State University, and a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
