Maximo Ceron Rodriguez

Maximo Ceron Rodriguez is an experienced construction and architecture professional with a diverse background in project management, design, and education. Currently serving as an Area Construction Manager at Lennar since December 2018, Maximo oversees the organization and execution of construction processes. Prior roles include Construction Manager at Lennar and Architect/Estimator at Wescon Construction, LLC, where responsibilities involved project coordination, cost monitoring, and design estimation. Maximo has also worked as a freelance architect, supporting project managers and building a robust business network. With a solid academic background, including a Master of Science in Architecture for Sustainability from Politecnico di Torino and an Honor Code Certificate in Future Cities from ETH Zürich, Maximo brings a strong focus on sustainability and human interactions with the environment, also having contributed to academia as a lecturer at the Universidad Central de Venezuela.
