Michael Lanata has over three decades of experience in the land development and real estate industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Land Operations at Lennar since January 2017. Prior roles at Lennar include Vice President Of Development and Director Of Development. Earlier experience includes Project Manager at EPS Group Inc and Director of Acquisition for the West Division at K. Hovnanian Homes. Michael held leadership positions at Richmond American Homes, Cardno WRG, Meritage Homes, Ryland Homes, Beazer Homes, and UDC Homes, focusing on operations, development, and acquisitions. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Design, Housing & Urban Development from Arizona State University and an Associate in Engineering, Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
