Ed Belanger

Ed Belanger is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as Senior Vice President at Lennard Commercial Realty, Brokerage since May 2023. With a strong background in the marketing of industrial and office properties in Ottawa, Ed has demonstrated expertise in various roles across multiple firms. Prior to Lennard, Ed held the position of Vice President - Sales Representative at Avison Young from April 2015 to May 2023 and Associate Vice President - Sales Representative at Colliers International from September 2009 to March 2015. Ed's experience also includes business development roles at National Bank of Canada and Desjardins, along with a lengthy tenure at the Business Development Bank of Canada, where Ed progressed from Manager Business Development to Branch Manager. Ed earned a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Ottawa between 1979 and 1983.
