Hal Kirkpatrick

Hal Kirkpatrick is an experienced professional in the HVAC&R industry with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager at Lennox International since May 2009, Hal leads the Laboratory Operations Team supporting the development and testing of HVAC products. Prior roles include Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Trane, where Hal successfully coordinated the relocation of assembly operations to China, and Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Goodman Manufacturing, achieving the launch of a new HVAC platform. Early career experience includes positions at Johnson Controls, Entek Corp, and Prince Valve Incorporated, where Hal developed foundational engineering skills. Hal holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and has completed partial coursework toward a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management.
