Lisette Medina

Lisette Medina is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and process improvement. Currently, as the Process and Technology Manager at Lennox since May 2014, Lisette has held several roles including Operational Excellence Manager and Inventory Control Manager, driving continuous process enhancements. Prior experience includes warehouse supervision at Cott Beverages, where responsibilities encompassed shipping management, inventory counts, and customer liaison work. Additionally, Lisette has a background in legal assistance at Baron & Budd, P.C., along with earlier roles in customer service and childcare administration. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The University of Dallas and a B.B.A. from Texas Woman's University, complementing an Associate's degree from Tacoma Community College.
