The current leadership team at Lennox International has a wealth of experience in both the company and in similar industries. The president and COO have both worked their way up through the ranks of the company, while the GM of Retail Marketing comes from a background in appliances with GE. All three have received management degrees from well-respected universities, giving them the tools they need to lead the company into the future.
